You're not alone
You don't need to do it alone.I know, I've said it before, and I know you hate the thought of being weak. I know you think that to let others help you seems weak, like you can't do it yourself.
I know you can. I know how strong you are. I know you can shoulder your burdens to infinity if you have to. I love that about you. I am so proud of you, of the things you do every day, of the struggle you win every day in dealing with what you deal with. And I know you could and would keep doing that until the end of the universe.
But the thing is, you don't have to.
There are people who love you, people who care for you, who are desperate to help you. It takes nothing from you, from who you are and what you do for yourself. It's just a sign of how much they love you that they want to help you in the first place. It's a desperately selfish thing, trying to give back to you some hint of how much you give of yourself to them. To us.
It's no rescue. It's just a way to say thank you for all you are and all you do and all you mean. A way to reach out, to support and help you accomplish that which you're already doing for yourself anyway.
It's your house you're building. I already know it's being built on the firmest of foundations and with the best material. I just want to hold your tools for you, to try and make the work a little easier, that's all.
